The primary positive benefits of fish oil omega 3 fatty acids are centered on the heart, joints, brain, and immune system. It is known to help manage heart diseases, high cholesterol, depression, anxiety, immune system, inflammation, arthritis, diabetes, cancer and other common health problems. Most of the health benefits attributed to fish oil are brought by its omega 3 as well as its essential fatty acid content; the docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). As the scientific community unveils more of the significant health benefits that fish oil brings, the demand for fish oil supplements have dramatically increased.

The following are some of the possible fish oil benefits that you should know:

• Omega 3 mainly constitutes fish oil. It may be very effective in reducing the risk of heart diseases as it lowers the LDL cholesterol levels, which is also known as bad cholesterol, while increasing HDL levels or the good cholesterol. In this light, it prevents triglycerides from accumulating and causing heart problems.

• Regular fish oil consumption may help strengthen the immune system and lessens the incidence of cold, cough, and flu.

• The EPA in omega 3 fatty acids may promote positive inflammatory responses. It may regulate the inflammation cycle, which brings relief to arthritis, prostitis, cystitis, and other painful conditions.
• It may help reduce the risk of developing problems such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease, thanks to its high EPA and DHA essential acid content.

• It may help promotes fertility by increasing the sperms’ survival against the naturally occurring lipid peroxidative substances in the genital tract- a common hindrance to women’s ability to conceive.

• Fish oil may provide nourishment to the hair follicles, promoting good luster of the hair and strengthened hair roots preventing hair fall.
• May reduce risk for cancer. The omega 3 in fish oil may possibly target the three main forms of cancer; the breast, colon and prostate cancer. It may enable healthy cells to resist alteration, which often leads to the formation of cancerous mass. Hence, it may inhibit unwanted cellular growth to promote apoptosis or the death of cancer cells. In addition, it may help control the progress of the growth of cancer cells.

The Power of Goji Juice from the Himalayas

If you were to ask most individuals exactly what Goji Juice is, you would often recieve a blank or ”deer in the headlights” type stare. This is due to the fact that few individuals would be aware of what it really is, since it is, along with GoChi juice, a relatively newer product.
All in all, there are certain  Goji Juice providers who are already selling the product, yet if you are not certain with what it is, you may be asking yourself why you would in fact wish to drink this kind of drink in the first place, particular when it is something you are not entirely familiar with.
Himalayan Goji Juice is derived from the humble goji berry, which is also sometimes referred to as the wolf berry, a plant which grows primarily in the Himalayan areas of Tibet, China and Inner Mongolia,  as these regions are generally the ideal location for the goji plant to grow as compared to other temperate regions of the world. This unique berry has actually been around for quite some time, and it is only in recent years that the benefits of eating these berries or drinking the juice that is derived from them are being explored to their greatest potential.
Why exactly is Himalayan Goji juice growing increasingly popular? Well, you might be amazed at the sheer quantity of different nutrients you can find in this rather unique berry, let alone a whole bottle of the juice. You may discover virtually all you require in this healthful drink, such as essential vitamins & minerals to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle as well as things like amino acids and essential fatty acids that our bodies require for growth, balance, and general wellness.
Not only does Himalayan  Goji juice taste very good, it is also chock full of antioxidant power via an exceptional ORAC score, which makes it superb as a source of your daily nutritional intake. With all that goodness packed into the Goji juice, it is little wonder that its popularity is growing quickly in the market as a whole.

Vegetable and Fruit Superfoods

If there is one thing that many nutritionalists and health experts are in agreement with, it is that most Americans do not eat enouph fruits and vegetables. A number of fruits which are considered to be “Superfoods” in their own right include cranberries, goji berries (from which goji juice is derived), blueberries, Apples and Oranges. Each one of these fruits has their own unique properties which make them appealing. Goji juice, for example, is very high in various important fatty acids. All in all, goji juice is also high in protein, which is somewhat unusual for a fruit, and has a wide range of different vitamins and minerals overall. Perhaps the best and most healthful goji juice is of from the berriesd which grown in the Himalayan region. Beside goji juice and berries, cranberries are extremely rich in antioxidants as measured by it’s ORAC score, which is Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity. For those trying to clean out their liver, cranberry juice is well known as a potent cleanser in this regard.

There are numerous vegetables which can also be rightly considered superfoods. The humble sugar beet, for example is healthful and is chock full of vitamins and minerals and a single cup serving has only about75 calories which is not too bad at all. What might not be known is that the entire beet can be consumed; the green leaves can be consumed much like spinach, and either cooked or in raw form.

It also has the highest sugar content within the vegetable family, which is a great method for the individual with a sweet tooth to satisfy it while still eating in a healthful manner.

They do not only come in the deep purple color which many remember they also are being seen in the markets in colors of golden yellow to deep red and with each different the taste also differs. Sweet potatoes have many of the similiar properties and can also be called a superfood, as can garlic, broccoli and kale. Other general superfoods include honey and bee pollen, which has every known fatty acid known to science. Salmon is also a top superfood because of it’s very high omega-3 fatty acid content, while turkey qualifies due to it’s unusually high vitamin and protein concentrations. If I had to choose the 2 top superfoods from this particular grouping I would probably choose Himalayan goji juice and the salmon.
